Phase 1 Recipes
1 head cauliflower (stem removed)
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
Ideal Salt and freshly ground pepper
(+ other spices as desired)
1) Use food processor to pulse the cauliflower until a fine rice texture is achieved
2) Steam riced cauliflower for 5 minutes
3) Strain steamed cauliflower in a dish towel (be careful not to burn yourself) until almost dry
4) Transfer cooled, strained cauliflower to bowl and add spices
5) Mix well and make 6 balls of equal size and flatten on parchment paper lined sheet
6) Bake for 8-10 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 minutes
7) Reheat in a pan over low heat when ready to serve
Rotini Pasta Salad
2 cups of zucchini chopped
Ideal Protein Rotini
1 slice of tomato chopped
1/4 cup of chopped cucumber
Approved dressing of choice
1) Fill pan with water and bring to boil
2) Add rotini and chopped zucchini to water and season with sea salt and garlic or any other seasonings you like!
3) Boil for approx 6-8 minutes until desired texture.
4) Strain to remove water and set pasta aside to cool.
5) After pasta and veggies are cooled toss with mixed greens, cucumber and tomato.
6) Top with your favourite approved dressing!

1 packet of IP Peach Mango Drink
1) Mix the Ideal Protein Raspberry Gelatin
and the Ideal Protein Peach Mango Drink
in a bowl.
2) Refrigerate in wine or other glasses. Or freeze in ice cube trays for an Ideal Protein popsicles!!!
Treats should separate into 3 'Sunrise' colours. Delicious enough to serve to guests!
